    This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or extreme physical damage.

  • After 2 years of purchase
    If your product develops defects or malfunctions, we will offer you an exclusive discount toward a new product of the same or similar model/value.

How to Claim Warranty Service

To receive support under our warranty policy, please prepare the following information:

  2. A clear written description of the product issue
  3. Photos or short videos clearly showing the defect or problem

The above items are required to process your warranty claim.
